One night when Sameer is driving Milly to her home, they are stopped by the police who chastise him for not wearing a helmet and driving under the influence, they are both taken to the police station. Naudyal is called to the ward, he is horrified to see his daughter and does not speak to her, despite several attempts to start a conversation. The next night after working at Doon’s Kitchen, Milly’s manager Sudhir Malkotty unknowingly locks her in the freezer. At -18 °C, Millie has to survive in the cold and does everything she can to survive. She tries to block the exhaust fan, but ends up spraining her leg. She starts getting frostbite and nosebleeds.
Naudyyal starts getting worried that Milly didn’t reach home. He searches for Milly with the help of his neighbor. They call all her colleagues, but they all say they don’t know anything. Sameer, who was traveling to Delhi in uncertainty, returns and also joins the investigation. They go to the police station to file a report but are met by the SI they met yesterday. He suspects Sameer. Naudial tries to protect him and this causes animosity between the SI and the search party. He deliberately tries not to help them, not to share the last tower where Milly is, which he got from Cybercell. They get a tip that Millie may have been in trouble with car drivers in front of the mall. They all reach there to inquire. The taxi driver they suspected denies the allegations.
At this point, they meet a mall security guard who says that Millie might not have left the mall because he usually notices her going in and out. They open the freezer five hours later and find Millie. She is brought to the hospital just before the last stage of hypothermia. Naudiyal then asks the guard how he was sure that Milly did not leave the mall. The security guard says Millie smiles at him every time she walks in and out of the mall. He did not see her go out on the day of her disappearance. Milly reunites with her father and Sameer. The doctor says she is safe, she will need physical therapy later. He continues that it is difficult for the average man or woman to survive in such cold weather, and Milly is a brave girl. Meanwhile, a police officer warns Malhoti that he must set an alarm in the freezer or he will face the consequences. When the guard asks Naudial what his daughter’s name is, Naudial proudly replies, “Millie.”
