In ancient India, a group of sages in the Himalayas come into contact with the energy Brahm-shakti, which produces powerful celestial weapons called astras. The most powerful of these weapons, the Brahmāstra, has the ability to destroy the world. The sages use their respective astras to control the unstable Brahmāstra and form the Brahmānsh, a secret society dedicated to protecting the world from the powers of the astras. In present-day Mumbai, Shiva, a DJ, falls in love with Isha Chatterjee, a London resident visiting India for a festival. Meanwhile, in Delhi, scientist and Brahmānsh member Mohan Bhargav is attacked by Junoon and his allies for a piece of the Brahmāstra he protects. Mohan fights back with the Vānarāstra but is ultimately subdued and reveals that the second piece of the Brahmāstra is guarded by an artist and archaeologist in Kashi. Shiva and Isha go to Kashi to warn the guardian, but are interrupted by Raftar, who now possesses Mohan’s Vānarāstra. The guardian defeats Raftar and escapes with Shiva and Isha, but is killed by Junoon and Zor while trying to protect them. Shiva and Isha go to the Brahmānsh’s location in Himachal Pradesh, where Shiva is forced to join the organization to learn about his parents. As Junoon gets closer, it is revealed that Shiva is the son of former Brahmānsh members Dev and Amrita, who awakened the Brahmāstra and fought each other on an island. The third piece of the Brahmāstra was believed to be missing, but it is actually in Amrita’s possession, disguised as a conch shell. Junoon and his army attack the Brahmānsh and hold everyone hostage, but Shiva defeats Junoon and rescues everyone. However, Junoon takes the third piece of the Brahmāstra from Isha and activates it, causing destruction to begin. Shiva gains control of the Brahmāstra and reunites with Isha. Before the credits, it is revealed that Dev, who was imprisoned as a statue on an unknown island, has been released due to Junoon’s activation of the Brahmāstra.
