Attack: Part One follows the story of Arjun, an Indian army officer who falls in love with an air hostess named Ayesha. However, their happiness is short-lived when terrorists attack the airport and Ayesha is killed. Arjun is injured in the attack but eventually recovers and is left paralyzed from the waist down. Despite this, he is selected by the Indian government to participate in a supersoldier program that involves being operated through artificial intelligence. The program is designed to save lives in times of war and is developed on paralyzed individuals. Arjun agrees to the program as he wants to avenge Ayesha’s death.
As the supersoldier program is being developed, the government receives information that a terrorist named Hamid is procuring chemical weapons in Eastern Europe. The next day, the scientist in charge of the program, Sabah, is presenting Arjun’s progress to the Defense Minister when terrorists disguised as RAF personnel attack the Parliament building and capture the Prime Minister and other Union ministers. Arjun joins a team of NSG commandos and sneaks into the Parliament building with the help of his artificial intelligence assistant, I.R.A. Inside, he provides live updates to his superior officer, Subramaniam, and eventually confronts Hamid. Hamid demands the release of one of his associates, Rehman, in exchange for the hostages.
As the situation escalates, Arjun surrenders himself to Hamid in order to kill him and save the hostages. However, his artificial intelligence assistant malfunctions and he is forced to fight on his own. He eventually kills all of the terrorists and deactivates a sarin gas bomb that Hamid had planted in the Parliament building. The hostages are saved and Hamid is killed, while his associate Rehman is captured by the NSG commandos. In the end, Arjun is hailed as a hero and the supersoldier program is deemed a success.
